“Following multiple discussions with the USGA and the OCC Board, a decision has been made that Mr. Clark will no longer be permitted on OCC property.

This decision will remain in effect unless formally reconsidered and approved by the Board.

Reinstatement would be contingent upon Mr. Clark fulfilling a number of specific conditions, including full repayment for damages, a meaningful contribution to a charity of the Board’s choosing, and the successful completion of counselling and/or anger management sessions.”

    Actions, meet consequences.

At his current trajectory he might be out of pro golf before the US open hits Oakmont again, even though he would be exempt.

Wow, has anything like this happened before?

TC is gonna wake up like a kid on Christmas morning

  5. Cosmicfool13

He’s just the kind of fiery spirit they need over at the other “pro” league. Go on, get

Solid response to his childish behavior. Unfortunately, it’s not going to have much impact. He probably wasn’t ever planning on playing there in his free time and by the time the tournament comes rolling back, he’s probably going to be out of golf.

Sets a precedent though. Pull this shit at Augusta and you’re royally fucked.

    Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy…

So if I interpret this correctly Clark has not paid to repair the damage he caused already? What a cunt

  9. Actuaryba

Nice to see they actions still have consequences, even for the pros.

  10. Dr-McLuvin

That’s wild he didn’t pay for the damages.

    That’s like damage control 101.

What a hack. Hate that he will forever have that US Open win

Good. It’s about time we called out these few spoiled, arrogant prima Donna’s.

Remember when they ran that whole thing after he won the US Open about his therapist and how they were able to help him control his emotions around golf?

    lol

Good! Just because you’re a pro golfer doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be held accountable for your actions. The fact that he didn’t offer to pay for the damages immediately just shows what a spoiled spaz this manchild is.

There’s now a sign at the clubhouse which reads:

    “No Blowpig”

Couldn’t have happened to a bigger fucking douchebag.

Good. The athlete worship that our society partakes in has gotten ridiculous

“He said he was very sorry for his actions but wanted to move on from the incident quickly”

Yeah, no shit. He wants everyone to forget and pretend it never happened.

Move over Patty Reed there’s new tool in town.

  20. I wish he would get less air time during a telecast. His tantrum during the Scottish Open on the final day was less than appealing to watch. While other golfers have raged on a TV screen (Tiger, Rory, etc.), Wyndham always feels like he’s on the brink of on-course violence. His kind is a dime of dozen when things don’t go his way and no fun to be around.

Being a Colorado native, I have no affinity to how the rest of his career goes. I know there has been some pain in his life, but we have all had pain in our life. Get past it and grow up.

As for some comments about his upbringing not being rich, Wyndham went to Valor Christian H.S. which is one of the prominent schools in the state for athletics. There is no feeling sorry for anyone that has attended Valor Christian, especially an athlete.

  21. Wyndham Clark sounds like the name to a financial firm.

Watching the Scottish open final round, he got caught on the hot mic several times having outbursts. Always looks like he’s one bad swing away from having a meltdown.
